Shipping & Returns
Every FurLoom Glove ships from our warehouse directly within 1–2 business days of your order. Delivery typically takes 5–7 days after that, depending on where you are.
"If the FurLoom Glove arrives damaged or doesn't work for you, email us within 30 days at [your email]. We just ask for a quick photo so we can keep improving the product. Once we receive it, we'll refund you within 2-3 business days - you don't need to ship the glove back."
If your order arrives damaged or never arrives, just email us with your order number and we'll make it right.
Privacy Policy
We collect the information we need to process your order, name, shipping address, email, payment details, and nothing more. We don't sell your data. We don't share it with anyone outside of the services we need to run the business (payment processing, shipping carriers, email).
If you want a copy of what we have on file, or you want us to delete it, email us and we'll handle it within a week.
That's the whole policy. No tracking pixels you didn't agree to. No mystery third parties.
Terms of Service
By placing an order with FurLoom, you agree that the product is sold as-is, that our 30-day guarantee applies as written, and that disputes will be handled directly between you and us first, by email.
We reserve the right to refuse service in cases of obvious fraud or abuse, but otherwise we want you happy, that's the whole point of running a brand instead of a faceless storefront.
